Apart from insisting on an up front deposit before delivery there are no real hard and fast conditions.

Basically the style of sale or hire will dictate what conditions apply. In the end all we want to do is protect ourselves in the event of any serious damage. So we have a sliding scale depending on what machine or machines are under discussion, what use the machine will be put to, where it is going and for how long.

For our part we accept that minor mishaps of the bumps and scrapes variety will happen occasionally. On the other hand you will I am sure accept that a broken Backglass or electronics fried by (for example) jamming the flippers on permanently has to carry a fairly high penalty.

But talk to us - we are not at all unreasonable. Funnily enough we are pinball fanatics - how unreasonable can we be????
